Advanced Beef Production School
Managing Dynamic Change 2010 is a four-session advanced beef school that will zero in on practical management techniques, management priorities and production practices that will keep profitability in the cattle operation. Features nationally and regionally recognized speakers. All sessions begin with a meal at 6:00 pm, program from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Cost is $25/person. Pre-registration is requested.
Small Ruminant Production School
A five-session school focusing on sheep and goat nutrition. Class will be held on Tuesday evenings January 19, 26, February 2, 9, and 16 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Athens Extension office. Cost is $35 per person or farm couple. Registration is requested by January 12.
